Brands like Doen, Christy Dawn, and Reformation built significant followings on cottagecore-adjacent design, while vintage shops saw surging demand for prairie dresses and hand-knit sweaters. Cottagecore's fashion influence extends beyond the full aesthetic. Elements like puffed sleeves, floral midi dresses, and natural linen have filtered into mainstream fashion. Even people who'd never adopt the full pastoral fantasy have incorporated cottagecore details — a lace-trimmed camisole, a handknit cardigan, or a flowy floral skirt — into otherwise contemporary wardrobes.
